At Ngs Designs, the complete satisfaction of our customers is always top priority. Check out some of our frequently asked questions below, and feel free to get in touch if you need additional information.

  • How long will it take to recieve my order?
    Our current processing time for custom orders are 5-7 business days. We do have many items in stock and you encouraged to view our inventory.
  • What if my NGS bonnet does not fit?
    Please note that bonnets are made at standard size. If you would like your product loosely made or a larger width, please message us up to 2 weeks after receiving your product. Once you have received your product after 2 weeks, it can not be adjusted.
  • Whaf are the payment options?
    On our website or payment options are cash on delivery and PayPal. If you'd like another payment option send us a message for further details. We accept cash, Rbc transfer, PayPal and island luck, and CIBC.
  • How can I customize my order?
    Once you have placed a custom name order, you will be contacted by us to find out the specifications that you'd like. Another option is to simply add the name in the notes section when placing your order.
  • Do you sell gift cards?
    YES!! we do. Our gift cards are digital and will come in a form of a unique coupon code that can be applied to checkout. Gift cards are the perfect gift for someone and are valued at any amount from $10-$100.
  • How much are customizations?
    Currently, names are $3 per word. Initials are $2 Images are $5 and up
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately, not as yet.
  • Where all do you deliver to ?
    We are located in Freeport. Grand Bahama. Our standard delivery fee is $3. We deliver in the Central Grand Bahama areas between Pinder's Point and Lucaya. If you would like your order delivered beyond those points you can contact us so we can best help you.
  • Can I change my orde once placed.
  • Can I put in an order in advance
    Yes you can, If you'd like to place an order and collect your items in weeks or possibly months, a 50% down payment will be required and you will be expected to finish pay for your items and collect them the day that you state. Orders will not be held for more than a week.
  • Do you give refunds?
    No. As most items are made to order, there will be no refunds. If you are not pleased with your order you can let us know how best we can help you.
  • What if I dont pick up my order.
    If notified that your order is ready for pickup and you fail to respond, pickup or pay, you will not be able to order in the future.
