The size guide is to help us to find the best fit of head size. If you are an adult and need an adult size bonnet please do not put child, it would not fit. If you have a newborns and would like a larger size bonnet than you can size up. Feel free to measure your head and check with our measurements and select the circumference that you would like. An adult Large is a loose elastic band bonnet for those with bigger heads, this does not affect the length. If you do not have a tape measure and would like to find out the width of your hair, use a string to tape the measurement and mark it then use your ruler to take the length.
